Yes. Most CheckMate Works resources don't collect any data at all. The one exception is the CheckMate quiz, where answers are de-identified — we don't know who took it or what their individual results were. Name and email are collected if an employee opts into Brem's mailing list, and they can unsubscribe at any time.

We invite feedback from workplaces engaging CheckMate Works with this survey administered after 30 days of use. We can share aggregate usage data of some of the tools (e.g., CheckMate Risk Quiz, Mythbusting Quiz, video engagement), so you can see what’s resonating with CheckMate Works users.

No. sharing usage or findings with us is never required, though we'd always love to hear how it's going. We ask that you submit a survey after 30 days of use in efforts to improve engagement, program quality, and utilization. We'll proactively share the aggregate usage metrics described above.
