Senior Development Officer
The Senior Development Officer (SDO) is a key role on Brem Foundation’s development team, responsible for the strategic execution of Brem’s fundraising efforts. This position blends high-level planning with hands-on implementation across events, individual giving, foundation relations, corporate partnerships, and development operations. Reporting to the Director of Development, the SDO will work to drive revenue growth while managing an individual and corporate portfolio and overseeing critical aspects of the development function. This is an ideal position for a seasoned development professional with 6–8 years of experience and significant event experience. The ideal candidate for this role is ready to close gifts, manage cross-functional initiatives and operate with a high level of independence.

Location: Hybrid - Candidates should be based in the DC metro area as in-person staff meetings and event(s) attendance is required, as well as some local coordination for events, donor meetings and other responsibilities.
