Director of Development
The Director of Development (DOD) leads all fundraising efforts to grow Brem Foundation’s revenue portfolio. This role oversees the design and execution of the annual development plan, managing strategies to increase support from individuals, foundations, and corporations. The DOD will also identify, cultivate, and solicit major donors and manage the Foundation’s annual fundraising events.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in individual and institutional fundraising, with a focus on major gifts, stewardship, and annual giving campaigns (direct mail and digital). The ideal candidate should have solid skills in development operations, including CRM management and budgeting.
Location: Hybrid - Candidates should be based in the DC metro area (DMV) as in-person staff meetings and event(s) attendance is required, as well as local coordination for events, donor meetings, and other responsibilities.
