ADVERTISING, COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

When you use our Services, we use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other similar technologies to collect information from your browser or device. By using the Services, you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies.

  • Cookies. Cookies are small text files that websites and other online services use to store information about users on the users’ own computers. For example, cookies can be used to store your sign-in credentials so that you do not have to enter them each time you return to a website. Cookies also may be used to store a unique identification number tied to your computer so that a website can recognize you as the same user across different visits to the website. You can configure your Internet browser to warn you each time a cookie is being sent or to refuse cookies completely.

The Brem Foundation and third parties that provide functionality on the Services may use cookies to:

  • Provide you with a high-quality experience by doing things such as tracking page load, site response times, and error messages;

  • Remember that you've visited our Services and help us understand usage of our Services; and

  • Relate the information automatically collected when you use the Services to information we obtain from you directly or from other available sources.

  • Web beacons. We may also use technologies called Web beacons that communicate information from your Internet browser to a web server. Web beacons can be embedded in web pages, videos, or emails, and can allow a web server to read certain types of information from your browser, check whether you have viewed a particular web page or email message, and determine, among other things, the time and date on which you viewed the Web beacon, the IP address of your computer, and the URL of the web page from which the Web beacon was viewed. We use Web beacons for a variety of purposes, including analyzing the use of the Services.

Do-Not-Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms. Some browsers transmit "do-not-track" signals. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

If you have submitted personal information through our website and would like to change or delete that information, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

You may be able to refuse or disable cookies by adjusting your web browser settings. Some browsers have options that allow the visitor to control whether the browser will accept cookies, reject cookies, or notify the visitor each time a cookie is sent. Because each web browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your web browser (typically in the “help” section). Deleting cookies may in some cases cancel the opt out selection in your browser.

We do not knowingly collect or sell any information from children under age 13 unless permitted by applicable law. If we learn that we have impermissibly collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information from our database.
