Position Description:

The Brem Foundation Associate is critical in the Brem Foundation’s growth, expansion, and success. This position will require responsibility, autonomy, and organization. The Brem Associate will work closely with the CEO on a wide range of projects including data-gathering, donor-tracking, program expansion, and volunteer organization. Candidates should be self-directed and have the creativity to strategize about the short and long-term direction of the Brem Foundation.


  • Educate women about breast cancer risk factors and screening options
  • Manage donor data and create communications based on that information
  • Research policy and academic updates on breast cancer
  • Develop systems for gathering internal and external data to measure impact
  • Identify key fundraising and partnership opportunities
  • Work with volunteers to maximize efficiency and productiveness
  • Create communications strategy including social media, newsletters, & press
    • Draft press releases, comments, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Serve as a point of contact with the Board of Directors, partners, and donors
  • Manage database of contacts and donors
  • Assist with special assignments and projects including crafting training modules, communicating with media, and tracking progress through measurable outcomes

Work Schedule and Compensation:

-       40 hrs/week
