Board Member. Jonathan Kay is head of PSB’s Healthcare Practice. An expert on medical market research, communications, and branding, Jon came to PSB specifically to build the practice, and works with a variety of clients in the space out of the Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining PSB, Jon was responsible globally for the brand and communications practice at Kantar Health, formerly TNS Healthcare, where his responsibilities included strategic planning as well as business and product development.
Previously, Jon was President or Chief Operating Officer of various business units within TNS Healthcare’s US organization. Before joining TNS, Jon was President and co-Founder of Jstreetdata.com, Inc., an innovator in online medical market research. This venture-backed start-up was acquired by the InterPublic Group in 2002, by TNS in 2003, and by WPP in 2008.Before founding Jstreetdata, Jon worked at Covance — a leading contract research organization — as a consultant to executives and senior management in the life sciences industry. At Covance, he produced reimbursement positioning strategies, market assessments, launch plans, pricing studies, and financial selling models. He also designed and managed free-drug programs for the underinsured and trained sales forces in reimbursement economics.
Jon is co-author of The Managed Care Resource Guide for the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) and its members, which he published while at Covance. He began his career while in graduate school, working as an analyst at Genzyme Corporation to produce a launch plan for a biologic used in the management of Thyroid cancer. Jon received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell and a Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.
Board Member. Jamie Gorski is chief marketing officer for The Bozzuto Group, an experiential real estate company headquartered in the Washington, DC area. An industry visionary who taps her expertise in brand strategy to create initiatives that strengthen brands and increase revenue, Jamie provides strategic direction, overseeing all brand, marketing and public relations efforts for Bozzuto’s top-rated development, construction, property management and home building divisions.
With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Jamie is well-known for revolutionizing marketing in the industry. She has won numerous awards, including over 35 national honors from The Webby Awards, Multifamily Executive (MFE), National Apartment Association (NAA), and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Recently, her team was honored with a technology award from University of Maryland for Bozzuto Listens. Jamie was chosen as Legend in the Industry by Multi Family Pro. The Journal of Property Management honored her as one of the women changing the world of real estate management, and she was named as one of the most influential multifamily executives to watch by Multi-Housing News. She was recently honored by the CMOs Leading Innovation Conference (CLIC) with the prestigious Beacon Award.
Jamie also serves on the advisory boards for the College of Mathematics for The Ohio State University, Zillow Multifamily and Virginia Tech Property Management, where she is able to share best practices across marketing, digital and real estate, while mentoring rising stars.
Jamie earned a degree in mathematics from The Ohio State University, where she was captain of the swim team, a Big Ten Champion and an NCAA National finalist. She and her family reside in Annapolis, Maryland.
