Most women think that all they need is an annual mammogram. They may be wrong.

Breast cancer is a very well-publicized disease. It may be the best publicized disease in the country. And, yet, with all that attention women still do not know what they need to save their own lives from breast cancer. That’s where the Brem Foundation steps in.

Brem’s educational program, Get Screened: On Time, Every Time, teaches women about their risk factors, screening options, and self-advocacy - giving them the tools they need to start to take control of their breast health. Brem utilizes a unique early detection curriculum formulated by leaders in breast cancer to teach women about their risk factors, screening options, and self-advocacy. Brem’s programs are offered in-person and digitally.

For many women, an annual mammogram is not enough to maximize their chances of catching an early, curable breast cancer. That is why Get Screened: On Time, Every Time is so crucial to equipping women with the tools they need to save their own lives.

The Brem Foundation’s education team is scaling up to exponentially increase its reach in two ways. First, the Brem Foundation is focusing its in-person education efforts on corporate entities’ wellness programs.

Second, the Brem Foundation is digitizing its program. Brem predicts significantly more women will access its life-saving education through this advancement. This year, Brem expects to double the number of people reached at in-person education events.

The Brem Foundation encourages every woman to demand her breast health rights to make sure that she maximizes her chances of catching an early, curable breast cancer.
